What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS in New Zealand or similar markets

• Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, contracts, and financial control

• Consultancy or contractor-side experience (both are welcome)

• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent)

• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
